The best way to find out if we’re the right fit for each other is to talk with us! You can either e-mail us directly at connect@DwyerLondon.com or fill out the form below. Tim will reply to you personally, almost always within 48 hours, to answer any questions you might have; if you have bigger questions, he’ll set up a time to talk with you further (for free, of course!) on the phone/Skype/Zoom. If you’re lucky enough to be located in Cape Town, Tim is also happy to meet up with you in person for an initial sit-down.
Beyond answering simple initial queries like how much we charge (sorry, we’re not the cheapest!) and whether we work on-site or remotely (we do both, depending on the needs of the client), we often find these initial conversations enormously helpful, as:
You can get a better sense of us and how we approach things to determine if we’re the right fit for your needs;
We can help you to think about whether the help you’re looking for is really what you need, or if you need to re-think underlying issues/root causes;
Depending on what comes out of the first two points, we can find out if it makes sense for us to take on your project. While we like making money, we will only take on work when we believe we can make a meaningful impact for our clients; if your project is out of our comfort zone, we’ll tell you that and hopefully be able to suggest others better suited to help you;
We keep a small list of clients to ensure every piece of work we do for them is of the highest quality, so this initial conversation is the start of our rigorous quality assurance process to make sure you are not just satisfied, but actually excited with the value our work provides.
