“For those organisations lucky and savvy enough to survive the current economic meltdown, the upcoming loosening of government-imposed lockdowns is forcing leaders to consider how to reopen their doors in ways that are more likely to help them see out the forthcoming global depression.
While there are obviously no silver bullets to solve all of the challenges facing leaders in this environment, there are some key considerations that will apply across many different sectors and organisation types as leaders plan their next moves. In future pieces I will get into more of these, but for now I’d like to focus on a relatively slight, but impactful, change in the use of consultants.
