Better Organizations + Better Leaders
Dwyer + London Consulting develops leadership capacity and creates organizational designs/re-designs for maximum impact. We do this in the “messy” spaces that connect people, processes, and culture in organizations across all sectors (for-profit, non-profit, and governmental organizations). We are especially excited about tackling complex/boundary-spanning challenges and opportunities such as creating innovation infrastructure, strategy development and deployment, and ensuring your people are as engaged as possible. We partner on projects ranging from a day or two (updates on emerging trends, decision analysis/support, keynote speeches, research reports into specific issues, etc.) to long term projects that may last weeks, months, or even years (workforce training and development, strategy creation/evaluation, organizational redesigns, leadership coaching, building more innovative cultures, etc.). Unlike most consultancy firms, we don't have a pre-existing methodology that we try to squeeze every client into; we are committed to partnering with you to understand and make the most of your unique opportunities. So if you keep hearing about 4IR, innovation, agile, design thinking, AI, and other future-focused concepts, we can help figure out what they mean and how they work for you.
We purposely keep a small, boutique portfolio of clients to ensure a close relationship and insightful support. We are committed to getting to know you, your people, and what you're really trying to accomplish. Your main point of contact will always be our founder, Dr. Tim London: you won’t be dealing with a rotating cast of Principal and Managing Consultants. So, while we may bring in additional expertise to best meet your needs, Dr. London will be involved and available to you the whole time.

Areas of Expertise + Experience
For-Profit + non-profit Organizations
On the organizational side, we are most impactful in the complex areas: creating and supporting innovation, building/changing a culture, analyzing/improving processes (particularly in relation to making the most of your people), and seeing a wider and more nuanced picture of your current and future situations. This could include executive level support for strategy development, trainings, team building, reports on emerging trends, or redesigning organizational structures and processes.
Educational Institutions + Systems
Our extensive experience in all levels (K-20+) and types (award and non-award bearing) of education is great, but it’s really our inter-disciplinary approach to analyzing your issues that makes us so valuable as a partner. We do everything from designing/re-designing academic portfolios for higher education institutions to developing future school/systems leaders for K-12 systems. Online learning, micro-learning/credentials, and accessibility are current buzzwords we can help you turn into action.
entrepreneurs + New ventures
Starting something new means making tons of decisions with minimal or incomplete information. We can provide research to inform decision making, serve as counsel while debating issues, link you with other practitioners/experts, and help project longer term implications of choices. Among the most common issues we see are lack of clarity on desired culture, moving beyond immediate skills need in hiring processes, and management design that appeals to potential investors.
Venture Capital
Most Venture Capital firms and angel investors bring a high capacity for the financial side of things, but are often less sure about how to evaluate other aspects of new ventures. We provide VCs with analysis of newer firms in terms of their management structure/capacity, organizational design foundations, and (with enough access) culture/personnel environment that can give you deeper insight into what you’d be
Individual Leaders
We provide coaching, training, and support for leaders at all career stages: new and middle managers needing skill boosts, directors of multi-national companies trying to balance strategy and tactics, and leaders looking to change roles/industries. While we can provide some technical skills training, we’re more focused on what the research tells us is most impactful: development of “soft skills” in terms of building teams, people management, EQ/SQ/AQ/CQ, and asking better questions.
Government Agencies
With greater insight and scrutiny for many public agencies comes a greater need to ensure best (and next) practices are in place. We can provide training to upskill/re-skill groups of people (at a certain level, in a certain role, or dealing with certain issues), find opportunities for breaking silos, improve processes for efficiency and/or innovation, and build leadership capacity across the organization.
